职位介绍

岗位职责：
1、根据制定的程序登记并为所有抵达的客人办理入住手续
2、落实登记入住、退房离店及客房更换的程序，确保所有的数据都完整的输入酒店客房管理系统中
3、确保出纳员的票据签发并保证所收现金于每日报表准确无误
4、随时了解财务政策和程序及相关更新内容
5、关注客人的投诉、来电、所有的需要与请求，如果无法帮助解决则将问题*时间上报主管
6、上级主管安排的其他工作
晋升空间：初级—中级—高级—前厅部主管/GSM—前厅部经理
任职资格：
1、男女不限，形象气质佳，年龄18—35岁；
2、学历不限，有前台相关工作经验优先考虑。
3、较强的服务意识，熟练使用电脑办公软件；
4、具备良好的协调能力、沟通能力，负有责任心，性格活泼开朗，具有亲和力；
5、普通话准确流利；
6、具备一定商务礼仪知识。
